Feria de Almería 2026

The Feria de Almería is held in honour of the Virgen del Mar, the city's patron saint. For nine days, Almería is transformed with celebrations that include horse-drawn carriage parades, traditional folk dancing, and a major bullfighting festival. The 'Fair by Day' is celebrated in the city centre with 'chiringuitos' serving local tapas, while the 'Fair by Night' moves to the modern fairgrounds with rides, casetas, and large-scale concerts. A highlight is the traditional pottery market and the spectacular floral offering to the Virgin, combining religious devotion with the high-spirited energy of a traditional Andalusian city fair.
