Fiestas Colombinas Huelva

Huelva’s 2026 Fiestas Colombinas was a week-long celebration commemorating the departure of Christopher Columbus from Palos de la Frontera in 1492. The event transformed the city’s fairgrounds by the estuary into a week of music, culture and history.

The 2026 musical lineup featured free performances by iconic artists including Rosario Flores, M-Clan, and indie stars Viva Suecia. Visitors enjoyed traditional 'casetas' (fair tents), equestrian shows, and daily bullfights. The festival served as a bridge between Spanish and Ibero-American cultures, culminating in a spectacular firework display over the Ria de Huelva, celebrating the city's maritime legacy and its role in the Discovery.
